You will upload two photos of each home that you find. This is exactly what we are looking for:
If the home is for sale by owner it will be obvious, because there will be a FSBO posted in the yard or maybe in a window. We will not pay for houses that have other real estate agent signs in the yard. Only For Sale By Owner homes.
Vacant properties can be harder to spot. Here are some things to look for:
Inspect the property. Without entering the property, walk around and see what condition it is in. Untended, overgrown gardens and lawns are the obvious signs the property is abandoned. Grass that is a foot deep would indicate that it has not been mowed in six months or so. Check if the path to the front door is blocked by branches or other debris. It is illegal to take mail out of the mailbox.
1. When the mailbox is full, mail might be piled around the base of the mailbox. Checking the date on the paper at the bottom of the mailbox may give you an indication of the last time the mail was picked up.
2. Weeds growing out of driveway cracks will be trampled and crushed by repeated vehicle
use. If weeds on driveways are present, then the driveway hasn't been used.
3. In the power meter box by the front door, there is normally a master switch that
controls all power to the house. If it is switched off, then the house is not permanently
occupied. Similarly, the water meter tap may also have been turned off.
4. Boarded up windows. Or being able to see in the house and it is empty or full of trash.
Once you take the two pictures, make sure the address is correct, and then save. Once saved it will give you a chance to upload. Once you get the 'upload complete' confirmation you can move on to the next house.
You can make full time money working part time with a Flexible schedule.
Pay is based on how hard you are willing to work and your ability to find vacant houses.
We pay $2.50 per usable house that you upload. So if you average 4 houses an hour, then you can make $10 per hour Or 5 houses would be $12.50, etc.
In addition, if we end up purchasing a home that you submitted, you will get a $250 bonus. Pay is done by Paypal or Walmart Moneycard weekly.
You will need an Android phone for this position as you will using our Property Spotter application.
